Refund & Return Policy

Because many Clipper Models products are made-to-order and produced in small batches, our return and refund policies are outlined below.

Returns

Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Non-Returnable Orders

Refunds and returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Orders totaling over $300

  • International orders

  • Custom airports or custom-designed models

  • Personalized or made-to-order builds

  • Items that have been assembled, modified, or used

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and assist.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom items.
