Shipping Policy

We offer reliable shipping for all Clipper Models products. Orders are shipped according to the estimated production or dispatch time listed on the product page. Many of our products are made-to-order or produced in small batches.

Orders ship Monday through Friday via UPS. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time (United States)

UPS Ground: 2 – 5 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by UPS and begin once the order has been shipped. While delays are uncommon, they may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control. Clipper Models cannot guarantee carrier transit times once a package has been handed off to UPS.

Production Time

Many Clipper Models products are 3D printed and produced in small batches, which means production time may be required before shipment. Estimated production or dispatch times will be listed on the product page.

Large orders or custom airport builds may require additional production time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items appear to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.

Taxes and International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
