Production Policy

Many Clipper Models products are designed, printed, and assembled in-house, which means production time is required before an order ships. Our models are produced in small batches using high-resolution 3D printing to ensure the highest level of detail and quality.

Standard Production

Most standard products are produced within 3–10 business days before shipment. Production times may vary depending on current order volume and product complexity. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order's production time.

Custom Orders

Custom airports, terminals, and large builds require additional design and production time. Estimated timelines for custom projects will be provided directly to the customer and may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Bulk Orders

Large orders may require additional production time and may be produced in stages to maintain print quality and accuracy.

Order Queue

Orders are typically produced in the order they are received. During periods of high demand, a waitlist may form. We appreciate your patience as we work through our production queue.

Quality Control

Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because many products are handcrafted and 3D printed, minor variations may occur and are considered normal for this type of manufacturing process.

Production Changes

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom items that are already being manufactured. If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
