Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges

You have 5 calendar days from the date you received your purchase to exchange an item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process

  2. Return Item: Once your exchange request is approved, you can ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Receive Exchange: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately initiate the exchange process for the new item.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
